Terms & Conditions of Estimation LLC – Services Agreement
Thank you for choosing Estimation LLC for your estimating needs. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you have a complete understanding of our processes, payment terms, and responsibilities.
1. Turnaround Time for Estimates
At Estimation LLC, we are committed to delivering timely, accurate estimates. Typically, our estimates are completed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days after you accept the quote and make the necessary payment. However, please note that the complexity and scope of the project may impact the turnaround time. In some cases, delays of a few hours to several days can occur, especially for larger or more intricate projects. We will always keep you informed of any changes to the delivery timeline.
2. Payment Terms & Security
We use Stripe and Payoneer for getting Online Payments to ensure the utmost security and privacy of your financial information. You can pay securely via Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal. Upon receiving your plans and reviewing your project specifications, we will send you a quote that includes an invoice generated through QuickBooks, along with the estimated delivery date for your estimate.

3. Refund Policy
Once the estimate is delivered, Estimation LLC will not be liable for any missed opportunities or delays in filing bids. It is the responsibility of the contractor or client to ensure timely submission. Please note, no refunds will be issued after the estimate has been delivered.
Refunds are only applicable if the estimate is canceled within 1 hours of payment. After this period, work will commence, and no refund can be provided.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of the information you provide to us. If you would like your project information to remain confidential, we encourage you to inform us. In such cases, we will prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed by both parties, ensuring that your data remains secure.
If no NDA is requested, Estimation LLC reserves the right to use your information for marketing purposes, including but not limited to testimonials, company names, logos, project names, cost estimates, and drawing plans. This is done to help us improve our services and showcase our work, unless otherwise specified by you.
5. Limitations of Liability & Warranties
Please understand that Estimation LLC provides cost estimates and estimates only as guidelines for your project. Please verify the Estimate By Your End. Our estimates are professional approximation to assist with the initial planning and budgeting of your project.
We employ RSMeans to gather material and labor pricing, utilizing zip-code-based data to reflect local market conditions. However, pricing can fluctuate due to factors such as different contractors, vendors, regions, and the availability of materials. As such, we cannot guarantee that the final costs will match the initial estimate. We are always available to review, adjust, and clarify any aspects of the estimate to better align with your specific needs.
Estimation LLC does not provide additional insurance, financial guarantees, or warranties related to the estimate. We recommend that you treat our estimates as a starting point and a tool to help refine your final budget as the project progresses.
6. Client Responsibilities
We urge all clients to ensure that the project details, plans, and requirements are as comprehensive and accurate as possible when submitted. The accuracy of our estimates directly correlates to the quality of the information provided. Should there be any changes or additions to the project scope, please inform us immediately so that we can adjust the estimate accordingly.
